1. Where at least one or both parents is a permanent resident or a citizen at the time of the child’s delivery, then the child is automatically considered as an Australian citizen
2. If at the time of a child’s birth, both parents are not Australia citizens and the child is born outside the country, then that child does not automatically become a citizen of Australia.
3. Those children who are born outside Australia, whose parents are still permanent resident parents have to file for a Child Visa (subclass 101)
4. Children who are not born in Australia have to file for a permanent visa and offered this permit to enable enter and stay in Australia if their parents are permanent residents.
All who submit an application for a Child Visa (subclass 101), including candidate whose parent are both outside the country, have to satisfy the quality requirements and make the payment relevant to obtain the visa.
